The offices are Closed on the 24th-28th December. Open on the 29th and 30th December. Close again from the 31st-3rd January 2021 and reopen again as normal from the 4th January

Payment / Dispatch

We accept payment through PayPal and our credit card processor WorldPay. 

We aim to dispatch within 2 working days of payment no matter what service of shipping is choosen.

Pre-Order will be paid for up front, with our pre-order price promise, if the price goes down we will refund the difference if the price is lowered before launch. 

Pre-Orders will be sent 1 day before the launch day. Please note that release dates are subject to change by the vendors, keep an eye on the product page for up to date information.

You have the right to send your item back within 30 days. All items must be in the same condition as when they were delivered. Games and consoles must have all seals and wrap intact. 

All items are dispatched Via one of our couriers, either Royal Mail or UPS  depending on the size of the item. 

Please allow a good amount of time for items to arrive. We do estimate that all items should be with you within 1-3 working days from dispatch within the UK, however at times this can take a bit longer. 

All items will have delivery confirmation within the UK. Royal Mail scan all items as they are delivered. We will have to open an investigation with Royal Mail if you are claiming your item has not arrived. Royal Mail are able to check the GPS location of where the the item was delivered. UPS will also have delivery confirmation within the UK and internationaly.

We offer 2 types of shipping on the site, Free shipping avaliable on selected items on the site. The secound shipping is from £3.95. This is avaliable mainly on Toys with free shipping from £50.00 spend.

Gaming Nerds offers international Shipping on most lines. This costs £5.00 for standard shipping and £10.00 for Tracked Shipping.

In the event that the item goes missing in transit and is not showing as delivered via the tracking/delivery confirmation we will issue a replacement. If the item is shown as delivered then an investigation with the courier will have to take place and the GPS tracked to where the item was delivered. In the event the investigation by the courier confirms the item was not delivered then a replacement will be issued.
