Returns Policy

Returning and Unwanted Item

You can return your unwanted item to us within 14 days of receipt. The items must be unused, unopened and in its original condition and packaging. Software and consoles must have all seals intact.  Please include your invoice in the packaging so that we can identify this when it arrives.

Unwanted items are the responsibility of the purchaser to return to us. We advise that you get proof of postage for items that are returned.

We do not cover the return cost of any returns that are due to a change of mind/unwanted gift.

Refunds

Once the item has been received back this will be checked to make sure that this meets the returns policy and a refund will be issued. Refunds will only be issued to the payment method that was used at purchase. Under no circumstances will this be refunded to a different method.

We will not offer refunds of exchanges on Video games software where the seal has been broken unless these are faulty. All faults will be tested before a refund is issued.

Returns of Damaged and Faulty Items

We strive to make sure that all purchased reach you in perfect condition. If you receive a delivery and the item is damaged please refuse the delivery and notify us within 24 hours via our contact us form https://www.gamingnerds.co.uk/contact. Where a delivery has been made and you have noticed damage afterwards then please notify us within 48 hours using the same form.

We will not accept damage return after 7 days of receipt.

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that you do receive a faulty item you may return this as per your statutory rights.

Please fill out or form https://www.gamingnerds.co.uk/defective-product. We will then advise of returning the item to us.

Once the item has been tested and the fault confirmed we will resolve the issue with either replacement, repair or refund.

If an item is found to not be faulty then this will be returned to the customer at their cost. Should the payment for the return not be paid the item will be held for 30 days after which may be destroyed.

Cooling of Period

You have up to 14 days in which to cancel your order after it is received. Please contact us via https://www.gamingnerds.co.uk/return .

We will refund the original price along with any shipping that had been incurred. Should you be returning part of a larger order then only the cost of the product will be refunded.
